Was in a great location. Very clean and the patio with tv and fire pit was great to relax at after a busy day of football and Oktoberfest!

While the location was perfect for where we were going and the staff was great, there were a couple of issues. The sliding door on the bathroom would not close all the way and the soap dispenser in the shower was broke, so no soap. The shower put out lukewarm water at 8 am. But the room was very clean.

Rooms were dirty, took photos and showed the manger. We sprung for 4 rooms for our family, all were dirty with mold and uncleaned surfaces that had visible coffee spills and rings. One room had mice on the bathroom counter. I was told we'd be refunded 100 dollars per room, nope 100 dollars total, supposedly because all the rooms were on one credit card. Also, these rooms are set up very poorly. One switch operates the inner and outer bathroom lights. The toilet area has a barn door style door that didn't stay open or closed and rattled so loud that it was heard by my sister in the adjacent room! The location is awesome, they have a very nice patio space, but while the hotel itself is pet friendly, there is no green space or area to take your animal to go potty. Having some issues with a place is to be expected, you can't please everyone, but come on, step up your game! Especially considering these rooms cost us 550 each for 2 nights! Never again, location just isn't worth it. I wish I could add my photos, but my device isn't allowing me to download them.
