Comfortable, needs a bit of TLC
Great location, comfy beds. Parking was easy right in front. Disappointed about cleanliness. Could use a deep clean and some organization. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets were dirty, had hair. Found utensils that weren’t cleaned. Bunk room could use a dresser, only had a few wooden cubes. Patio furniture looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile so we didn’t use.

Nice house and close to all the things
My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.

Nice Place
Very cute, clean, conveniently located place. Just two things to note: The air mattress has a patched hole in it which causes it to slowly deflate. It also is just a little too wide to put in the kids room so you have to put it downstairs. A twin would definitely fit in the kids room and probably any of the rooms if you bring your own. The bedrooms are also very bright in the morning so bring eye covering. Other than those small caveats, it was great!

Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, private huge private patio with outdoor dining, sectional couch, BBQ and fireplace. Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Queen air bed is also available & located in the closet. Washer & dryer located in laundry room by garage. Games available in the living room tv stand storage.
