This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is superior and the breakfast has more varieties. The only drawback is that the room may have less ventilation and the smell inside is unpleasant!

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast, which gave you a variety of choices and looked delicious. We had prior breakfast plans, so we only enjoyed the coffee. The hotel itself felt old and out dated, but because how clean it was kept and the friendly staff, we would stay there again.

Deshaun and Raoul are some of the most gracious hotel hosts ever as we arrived at the check in desk after a long flight across country. Holiday Inn needs to hang onto these staff. The hotel is perfectly situated for our trip (family at Hoag Hospital). Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast staff are also on their toes. The only small issue is the strong odor of disinfectant in the workout room. Perhaps too much cleaning??? But overall very good.
