I checked out on February 16th for my first stay, and I still haven't received my deposit back. For my second stay, I checked out on February 23rd, and that deposit hasn't been returned either. I asked the front desk, and they said it takes longer for international cards, which is a big difference compared to hotels in China.

Beyond being a luxury hotel, what truly stands out is the kindness of all its staff, from the valet to reception and the restaurant. The hotel is fantastic, and we will definitely be back.

Staff was nice. some inconsistancy with the daily cleaning (one day the bathroom carpet was missing, one day the trash did not get emptied etc.) but overall great stay and the Team at the restaurant was super nice

Conveniently located near the airport and UCI South Coast, with spacious and clean rooms. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Irvine, it's a great place!

We came to meet our physician & surgeon who was also at the Renaissance. Service in all areas EXCEPT check in/out was exceptional. When the staff for check in would answer phones before taking care of lines of customers, there is something wrong. There was one service person who was very very good. Her name was Mechenzie. She was fast and accurate. A necessity with impatient customers and long lines of them.

The hotel is great, excellent in all aspects. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the location is good. The meeting rooms are nice, the lobby is beautiful, and the service is good. The parking fee is a bit expensive.
