Liz, Tobey and Sue are delightful. Always SO helpful, kind and friendly. We were married there and return a least once a year. Great Location for walking to Good resturants and Speciality stores. Thank you. From two very happy returning guests F and F .

The room was beautiful, the afternoon tea service was great and the breakfast was amazing. the only issue we had was that our room was super warm, other than that it was a perfect stay.

This is a lovely small hotel with around 18 rooms where the reception staff - Toby, Liz and Gretchen - were extremely helpful during our three day stay. A big plus is that it has a lovely courtyard where breakfast is served and included in the day rate. The hotel is superbly located in the main shopping and restaurant street and close to the marinas and wharves. An additional important plus is it has parking included the rate. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, comfortable room on the courtyard. Fantastic, full breakfast and sumptuous afternoon tea. The staff is top notch. Sue is a gal who can and does everything in addition to making guests feel at home. Liz and Gretchen add to the pleasure. It was our second stay and will definitely not be our last.

Lovely stay at this inn, excellently located in downtown old Newport, 3 minute walk to harbor and great restaurants etc. went with a friend. We had the only room with two comfy beds on the top floor. Quiet. A wonderful breakfast every am and if the weather is nice you can sit out in the inner garden courtyard to eat and have tea in the afternoon. Staff is so helpful. Many great tips from the front desk for our stay. So much to do and see in Newport.
