A friend and I stayed at the Newport Harbor and Marina Hotel.
We choose a room overlooking the water and marina.
What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues.
The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking.
The pool was so refreshing.
Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future.
All in all, would definitely go here again.

Hotel is overly priced, restaurant was not open and pool was closed for repairs.

This property is located in the heart of downtown Newport.you can get most places on foot and so much to do ! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

This was my fourth stay because of location only. I had brought a friend and was embarrassed of the rundown conditions. The ceiling in my bath was linking and ready to drop. Looking on line at the pictures I was pleased that they had refurbished . I was really fooled. The parking is great since you can walk the downtown area.
