My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Town & Tide during a long weekend trip to Newport! Town & Tide itself is a great property; the common areas were always clean and comfortable, we liked that there were cards and games available to play at our leisure, and the location was very nice. It was super close to the cliff walk, and about a 10 minute walk into town. Our room itself was super cozy and comfy, the only inconvenience we experienced was our toilet not flushing properly but the staff was very good and had that resolved quickly. We also really enjoyed the fresh and tasty breakfast every morning! Overall, we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Newport.

An extremely clean 12 room inn located within close walking distance to the cliff walk and waterfront tourist areas of Newport. Our room was newly refurbished, and adjoined a small parklike yard with a koi pond. Offstreet parking. Great breakfasts included. Very friendly staff.

Our King Room suite was lovely, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The included breakfast was delicious and host was incredibly welcoming. Location was terrific for walking everywhere. We definitely plan to return,

One of the best vacation stays ever. So accommodating, great room, loved the outdoor space and shed, food amazing, customer service a 10. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. This place is top notch and so close to everything. Highly recommend.

An exceptional stay with the absolute best customer service. Serina reached out to offer early check in.. met me and was so gracious, kind and professional. I was traveling solo to visit with my nephew who is a Major in the Marines. She extended an invitation for him to join me for breakfast and was so welcoming. She made food recommendations in town … both were excellent choices with lovely food and customer service. In addition the room was super clean and comfortable..awesome shower ..hot water every time. I’d definitely stay here again. I was very comfortable traveling solo in this location.. very safe. Breakfast is excellent.. lovely people work here. The only negative was a little bit of noise overhead at bedtime.

We had such a wonderful stay! Serena was the perfect hostess!! The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Serena was warm and friendly and helped us plan our activities. The breakfast was delicious!! Great location! Highly recommend!

Serena and Shauna were just incredible hosts! The breakfast was really great with innovative custom dishes with a new menu every day. It’s located in a very peaceful and tranquil residential area and a 15 minute walk to the wharf shops and other attractions
The rooms were all very modern as was the bathroom with a nice size stand up shower and lots of drawer space for a couple
Just a delightful place with such friendly hosts

This B&B was so beautiful and peaceful. The grounds were pretty and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. My only complaint was the street noise early in the morning.

This property is beautiful! Private "shed" to relax in is very quaint. The room was very clean and comfortable! Parking and surrounding area is most relaxing! Serena greeted us with her beautiful smile & made us feel so welcome! She was easy to stay in touch with too for anything I needed. I would absolutely recommend this property for the New Port experience!!
