Very friendly young lady at the office. Property priced correctly for the product you get. Shower was stained and room very dated. Ok for a quick stop.

Old Hotel/Inn with Retro Furnishings in the rooms. Coffee brewer, and free coffee, mini refrigerator, microwave in each room are a big plus that i like about staying here! Big comfortable bed, 5 soft pillows on the bed in the room I stayed in made for pleasant sleeping. Lots of restaurants to eat at, supermarket's near by, and stores to purchase merchandise in are a short drive from the hotel! RIPTA bus service drives right by front of hotel (Bus Route # 63). Lowest price for hotel accommodations that i could find from Boston to Newport! Great place for the travelers looking for low cost accommodations! This is a 2 Star Hotel / Inn that is perfectly suitable for my needs when I travel to the Newport/ Middletown Rhode Island area!

Property could definitely use an update with minor repairs but was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. For the price and a quick overnight stay it was good.

For the price it was ok. Nothing fancy. Appeared very clean. Maid did not come in every day as desk said they would. I had to go to desk to request clean towels. It was in a convenient location for the price. Good for seniors. No steps. Pull right up to door. Don’t expect any frills.

Well maintained clean and comfortable inn. Busy columbus day weekend was successfully and nicely over thank to this inn. Location is excellent to go Newport down town and Middletown where the fabulous beaches, shopping and restaurants are.

Even though the reviews said the property was dated, we were looking for just a clean room to sleep in so we did not have to drive back to our home state after a wedding. Upon checking in we noticed that it was not only dated, but also not maintained. I’d say the worst thing of all was that it looked like the sheets had not been changed….The pillow cases were all wrinkled, and one of them had a black (possibly mascara mark) on it. Also, we paid a lot for this room. Lastly, I tried calling management twice and both times no one was available to speak to me. I left a message for the first time and within a number of days did not get a callback. This is an honest review. I was almost considering sleeping in my car as opposed to sleeping in those sheets.
