The rooms are clean n the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is great w/ a full size fridge, stove w/ oven, n counter w/ chairs . So u have a place 2 eat. I also really like how they provided pots n pans, strainer , dishes 4 us 2 use. The staff are nice n friendly. N a special thanks 2 Terreka Terrell n Rod 4 going above n beyond. N a big plus they allow pets.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids with our pup as well. We were traveling through on our way to Washington. Family road trip! The staff was wonderful Tereka Terrell and Rod were awesome. Very attentive! I did lock myself out a couple times so I did need their help. The rooms were immaculate and not sure if all rooms were this big but mine was spacious! The kitchenette was perfect for our 3 day stay.

I like the rooms and staff.i don't like that they wash our lining and give it back there should be more towels and wash clothes and sheets to provide guest when needed

I stayed for 2 days while we were road tripping to new york. My family of 4 we had a deluc room with the pullout couch since my kids are too old to share a bed. The grab and go breakfast was a lifesaver!! Coffee was very much needed before having to go face the world. The staff was excellent. The beds were made with care. The rooms seems to have been updated since my last stay and I LOVE the updated designs.

Both rooms had roaches, one room had no microwave and fridge was warm, bo wash clothes in rooms, sofa bed had crumbs, staff was very friendly but hotel was not uo to par.

I wish I would have read reviews before booking. We just needed a clean place to stay while we visited Busch Gardens and I always book a place with breakfast because it easier than trying to get the kids out to a restaurant in the morning.
There was dirt on our sheets in the made beds, the furniture was not clean, the floors were just swept in the main walkways but not around the walls or under/near furniture, and the 2nd night we found a german roach crawling up the wall. Their "breakfast" is just snacks of prepackaged muffins, oa**eal packets and snack bars on a tray in the lobby and that is it. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for what I paid and with a full breakfast.

I stayed here as a layover so just a one night deal got in at 11pm there was a nice front desk worker there greeted me checked me in and gave me the rundown on breakfast! The beds were made nearly the room was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again!!

It was terrible bugs and stains everywhere stunk could only stay half the night had to leave couldn’t sleep cause of bugs crawling on me and everywhere won’t never go back
