The availability of parking was a major convenience. It's always a relief to have a secure place to park my vehicle, and this hotel provided just that. Plus, the proximity to a Wawa and the ability to walk to Sonic was an added bonus. It made grabbing a quick bite or satisfying any cravings incredibly convenient.

I had a great experience with the Key West Inn in Newport News. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating! They were sympathetic to my needs and demonstrated genuine concern for my situation. My stay there was very pleasant and provided me with a second "home" while I was in the process of moving. Frank at the front desk was so sweet and patient with me i checked in really late and smiled and helped me out with what ever i needed they even let me check out at a later time with no issue could have been a lil cleaner but frank was so sweet it disnt matter to me had a one night stay and will definitely be comming back thanks for makeing my stay great frank!
