St Bernards

This is a comfortable,clean & cozy guesthouse, situated very near Newquay town centre.I really enjoyed my stay here, everything was perfect,the cooked breakfast was excellent,the bed was very comfortable & I had a wonderful sleep.

Cozy little B&B in central Newquay. Everything you would expect plus extra touches such as an alexa and a bathrobe. Room was spotless and comfortable.

The guesthouse was immaculate and beautiful. the welcome was so warm and friendly too. Brilliant breakfast and nothing too much trouble. Good location. Perfect!

What hospitality! We've tried elsewhere in Newquay but this guest house easily beats them all. It's probably one of the best places to stay in Cornwall. We've tried "corporate" in town and didn't enjoy being treated as just a couple more occupied beds listed on an accountant's spreadsheet for the quarter. Paul and Chantelle, the owners, told us they are relatively new to all this but somehow manage to add the human touch and lots of little extras that make St Bernard's unique. Prices are very reasonable, breakfasts are excellent, cleanliness and forethought are apparent throughout and there's even guest vehicle parking (chargeable but not excessive) within a hundred yards or so. Excellent!

What a great place to stay - a real home from home. Excellent hosts - Paul and Chantelle could not have made us feel more welcome. Very clean, good breakfast, great location, parking - everything we needed and more.

Fantastic, with wonderful hosts. Room was lovely, with a fridge, tv and good fast free wi-fi throughout. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order, exactly how you'd like. Parking available, for a small fee, but a lot cheaper than public parking. Overall would fully recommend.

Flew to Newquay from Manchester for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday. Couldn’t have chosen a better guest house. Paul and Chantelle are the perfect hosts. They’re attentive, friendly, welcoming and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The bedrooms are well equipped and perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious, well cooked and plentiful and there is a lovely welcoming lounge. Very centrally located and perfect for all amenities you could do a lot worse than book this guest house. There is a fridge in your room, microwave facilities downstairs if you want to warm your takeaway and I even came back to my room to find flowers and a cupcake for my birthday which really touched me. I wish them well with their business. They understand that service is everything and they deserve to do well in this industry because their attention to detail is fabulous. Thank you so much!
