Great hotel lovely clean rooms with amazing Seaview.was staying in a plus room with Additional amenities which were very welcomed. Wi-Fi okay, Had issues with the ultimate Wi-Fi but this is quickly resolved. Rooms large and comfortable but the carpet could do with a deep clean quite a few stains. shower good (nice and hot) but water pressure not so good. lavender shower gel smells amazing.

a great service, lovely room with a great sea view top standard i was very pleased to note 2 duty manager's danni and trudi, the chef mark i got on with them very well , they all love what they do , i will be back at some time again

The staff at Newquay work around the clock to give the customer a good experience. The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is also brilliant. We will definitely be back to stay.

Great food - especially breakfast - and lovely views of the Tolcarne Beach just over the road. Room was perfect for me and found it pretty spacious considering I was there on my own. Appreciated the friendly staff also.

Typical Premier Inn, very clean, very good deal on breakfast, especially if you have children. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right opposite Tolcarne Beach which is a beautiful little cove beach. There was a surf shack and little cafes etc by the beach. You’re a 5 minute walk from the town and train station which is ideal. Would definitely book again!

Out of all the premier hotels I have stayed in this has to be the best, Regan and staff make your stay a very memorable one, polite and very helpful, food here is very good great location would highly recommend a stay at this hotel, I have stayed here for a number of weeks with my work and can't fault this one,

Had a brilliant stay at the Premier Inn! Lovely hotel, clean environment! Stayed in a Premier Plus room, this was lovely, spacious, clean, loved all the added extras you get in the room! All staff were lovely, very helpful nothing was to much trouble!

Checked in here after a short flight . And was greeted by Alex who didn't hesitate to tell me everything I needed to know about the hotel and stay . I was served by Danni in the restaurant who was chatty and friendly and nothing was too much trouble . Room was clean and warm. Corridors were quiet . Few local shops a short walk from the entrance. . Five star

Hotel service is great. Would just like to mention one member of staff, Reagan on how professional, polite, caring and how welcoming she has made us feel whilst staying. Would highly recommend staying here. Also to go with the high level of service the food offers a high standard and the location is fantastic with amazing views
