Very bad, I decided to book it because Ctrip had a relatively high rating! As a result, I opened the quilt and found a lot of curly hair on the bed. It was really disgusting. There were not just one or two hairs, but maybe eight or nine! It means that the bed sheets were not changed at all when the last guest checked out! The location is very remote, not to mention far from downtown Buffalo. In such a suburban place, the room size is extremely small, 15 square meters at most! Although the hotel is new, the facilities inside are quite poor. For example, the quality of the shower head is very poor! The most regretful hotel I have ever stayed in! Please don't stay here!

I like this little hotel. A single room has everything for a short stay—multi-channel tv plus streaming, coffee-maker, device plug-ins and fast internet, good lighting, good shower, VERY clean.

This is my go-to hotel for business in Buffalo. You cant beat the value. They have a really nice friendly staff. They always accommodate me. The bed was extra comfortable, this time. I cant say enough good things about this place

This was a great find! The rooms are so perfect and well equipped. We loved the lay-out of the room. The front desk attendant at check-in was so sweet and personable! The room was comfortable, bathroom nice and just all around convenient. Only negative was that the shampoo dispenser and the body wash dispenser were both empty.

We’ve traveled a lot recently because of our daughter’s hockey. We’ve stayed in some not so great places but this hotel was perfect. The staff were all super nice- every single one of them! The only thing I would change about it was maybe a little more shelving or counter space in the bathroom.
