Hotel is in a great setting with lovely gardens. Room was refurbished and comfortable. Easily accessible from the station. Staff helpful and friendly. Will be definitely returning.

We booked as it is close to the beach and wanted to get away for a couple of days, with friends. This hotel is ideally placed for a short walk to the beach, and surrounding areas. Swimming pool is lovely, had it all to ourselves. Staff are friendly and polite, Breakfast staff happy to help (We didn't have any other meals there) Recommend for a couple to get away, we didn't take the dog but we would have been very welcome. Might have been the time of year but next to no children, perfect.

The hotel is comfortable and conveniently situated for shopping and the sea front. We were given a nice welcome. Evening meals were passable but could be better and the restaurant service was slow. But overall it was a nice stay.

This hotel is in a good position to visit teignmouth. The beach and town are close by. Free parking is a bonus. It was all very clean. The hotel itself is a little dated, but our room was spotless and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and well maintained.
What really made our stay was the staff. We were made to feel so welcome. We would definately return.

I took my friend for 2 free cream teas i was given as an apology for an afternoon tea my husband and I had been given. Unfortunately for me the cream teas were no better. Only served 1 then the 2nd came and had been defrosted in the microwave plus they were definitely not home made. Manager appeared not to be bothered as he stood behind me so he didn't face me

Went to this hotel for a two night golf weekend. This is the second time. The cost of rooms is very reasonable and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is very good, buffet style. The grounds are lovely and there is a swimming pool. The staff are pleasant and have a smile on their faces. Close to town centre and the sea. All in all good value for money.
