Attended a wedding in Newton with my wife. Nice hotel with a good central location, easy walking distance to the downtown square. The only issue I had was it looked like they tried to “update” the rooms without actually making major changes. The paint was newer but peeling in the bathroom, carpet was old, and windows were not cleaned. Other than these minor issues, overall clean and worth the price. Front desk was helpful and kind!

I was very disappointed that after reserving a room with a couch, specifically because when we stay in a motel longer than overnight, we like to sit on a couch during our stay, that our room did not come with a couch!! When I brought it to the kid at the front desk he basically said 'sorry, we only have to rooms with the couch and jacuzzi tub. You booked online right?' So what if I booked online!!! I booked a room specifically with a couch!!!

This hotel was such a pleasant and clean environment. I don’t really like to stay at hotels but this was a great experience.

When trying to check in they did not have the reservation in their computer. Took me forever to convince the guy and show him the receipt so I can get a room. The outside was partially plowed but not salted and it was very icy and slippery for guests. But the rooms were wonderful.
