Hilton Garden Inn Newtown Square Radnor

This place has potential, but there were several drawbacks. This place is average at best. Here are a few things holding it back: 1. Poor water pressure. Big issue with me. Barely enough for a shower, not enough in the sink at all. Brought it up...was told "that's the way it is." Ok then. 2. Bedside light not working. Mentioned it the first night (I stayed 2 nights). Not fixed. 3. A/C unit makes an inordinate amount of noise. They literally went with the cheapest type of unit. Amazing that a new hotel has something this noisy and cheap. This is one of the main things that knocks their rating because it hinders a good nights sleep (which is the main thing a hotel should be providing) 4. Housekeeping only "every other day." Nope. For these prices, you should provide daily housekeeping. 5. Peloton bikes not working in the gym. They have 3 Peloton bikes in the gym. None were able to connect to the internet. Tried for 20 minutes to connect them. Didn't work. Tried to enlist the hep of the person at the front desk. They had no idea. Net of it: I was told it worked and I didn't know what I was talking about. Frankly, I don't need that attitude from your shuttle driver. So, I'll never stay here again and will make sure to tell all of my colleagues.

We've stayed here before, and we really enjoy everything about the facility/area. When we checked in this evening, we parked the car at the front door as it was raining. It was extremely slippery, as there was some sleet. Just watch out for that- I wouldn't want any guests to get seriously hurt

The toilet was constantly making noise. The heater was randomly making very loud noise, sounding like an airplane taking off. For these reasons refund should be issued. I was there with my family so I could rest, as I had to drive 9 hours next day. i was very upset. Also the bathroom sliding door was broken, the door was off the railing, so there was a big opening on both sides, exposing the bathroom, no privacy, room smelling poop. Totaly unacceptable.

Great Stay. Nice Rooms, good area

the water pressure was so weak in the bathroom sink faucet that it was almost impossible to rinse off my toothbrush. It was little more than a trickle.

More restaurant options would be great.

Blood on toilet upon arrival. Asked housekeeper to come and clean it again. She used a dirty rag to recipe the toilet. Then I asked for a clean rag and spray saying I would be happy to clean it myself. At that she did clean it properly with a fresh rag and spray. Check in at 3:00 rooms weren’t ready until 3:45

Wonderful staff that were helpful and friendly. Also greatly appreciated the cold bottles of water near reception. The shop had good options for late night drinks and snacks. Good breakfast at a fair price.

Check-in took forever with only 1 person in charge. The bar was very crowded with loud screaming people. We had a terrible night sleep with loud adults screaming in hallways (at some point fighting?) at various times until early morning. I wish the hôtel reminded their drunk guests to be respectful of other guests.
