Nice hotel with the concept.. very spacious. Breakfast is also complete. Need improvement in the toilet, because something is leaking (the floor is still wet). Drinking water if you can replace with the concept of gallon in every hallway, so it can be more eco-friendly

Location is close to the airport toll exit adi soemarmo solo. It happened that our family arrived at 1 am. So we can take a break immediately. Rent 2 rooms. The room is very spacious, the shape of a 2-storey villa, the mattress is also very spacious. TV has too many chanels, the internet is not bad. Many bathroom walls have peeling off, the ceiling is possible because of the leakage of the roof, the amenities are quite complete. First, the floor was wet due to ice leak from the refrigerator, but it was cleaned directly with the clerk. The swimming pool is large in scale, children like it. Rent without breakfast, so don't know the quality of breakfast. It seems that there are bs stalls around the restaurant to buy food. it seems that i can repeat again staying here.the price is not too expensive either

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. The hotel was okay. There were ants, so be careful if u put any foods or drinks on the table. But the rest were so great. Thankyou so much

This is very recommended, the price of 150 yuan is really worth it for a dozen Europeans. The photos and reals are really good, the real is better, the service is also friendly, all clean, the air conditioner is very cold, the water heater is perfect

Zest Solo, one of the newest 2-star hotels in the city of Surakarta. Its location in Manahan, the parking lot can be quite steep and narrow, fortunately the hotel offers free valet parking facilities. The lobby is a standard size with a modern interior. The room size is quite spacious and comfortable for a 2 star, equipped with benches, chairs and simple work desks. The mattress size 100x200 is comfortable enough with 1 pillow each per mattress. For the zest rooms, all of them are twin. They can set Hollywood but they are only attached and still easy to move, so it's not comfortable. In the room, they provide complimentary 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water, and a dispenser for refilling mineral water at the corridor. The bathroom uses a head shower and faucet. For shampoo and bath gel, use a 2 in 1 dispenser system, no toothbrush is provided so it is better to bring your own. The wifi speed is not good, fortunately the TV shows are clear. There is also a room service menu that is affordable. Overall the rooms are quite comfortable because the condition of the hotel is still new and still well maintained. For breakfast, you can say the taste can be enjoyed and the variants are quite complete, there are pecel, yellow rice, bacem tofu, green bean porridge, indomie corner, egg corner, fried noodles, guava and orange juice, sliced fresh fruit and pudding. Unfortunately i see some people walking around, picking some food not using mask, i hope they can apply the health protocol strictly

Best hotel with good ambience, entering lobby you will smells a scent of signature fragrance, friendly and polite staff will serve you to get memorable experience, hygiene protocol are applied in all area such as guest lift also at meeting room, spacious room, super clean bathroom, nice view to solo city or mountain view, Believe Alana Solo is the best 4 star hotel in the city.

I stay one night in this hotel when i travel to solo. Its clean but The room(standar room) is a bit small. I like how they design their rooms and with all the interiors on the hotel (especially at the restaurant). Overall, i have a good experience and will consider to come back.
