This place was amazing. The entrance and grounds were beautifully landscaped. There was a short walk to the cottage through lots of flowering plants and several trees. The cottage was spacious, clean and attractively decorated. The dining room was very nice and the buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. One of the nicest places we have stayed .

The lodge is really like out of a movie. It is located on a remote Kopje (island rock) in the Northern Serengeti, build into the rocks. The premises are teaming with hyax animals (furry relatives to elephants ?!) and the occasional visiting baboon troupe. It is hardly possible to imagine a more special setting, where you can watch animals below from the pool. Staff was very kind and friendly and also the food was tasty.

Our stay at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge was fantastic! The view of the Ngorongoro Crater was absolutely breathtaking. The room was very comfortable and of excellent quality, making our stay relaxing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, adding to the positive atmosphere. The food was top, with impeccable service and a salad bar of very good quality. To make our special occasion even more memorable, the amazing team surprised us with a cake while singing and clapping—a truly heartwarming touch! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this lodge. We recommend a lot! We was hoping to stay more than one night there.
