위치는 골드코스트에 위치하여 롯데마트가 건물내 있어 마트 이용과 쇼핑이 용이함.
그러나 체크인 방법이 정확히 안내가 안되어 있었고, 5인 예약하였으나, 숙소에 갔을때는 4인 기준의 숙소로 되어 있어, 이의제기 하였으나, 쇼파가 베드라는 황당한 설명과 추가로 간이침대를 요구하면 추기비용을 지불을 요구하여 1인이 사용할수 있는 침구와 간이침대, 타올 등을 요청하였으며, 비용을 추가로 지불하였음.
예약 사이트에는 2베드룸과 3베드라는 안내와는 차이가 많아 5인이상 예약할시 주의가 필요함.
또한 각종 주방용품들도 부족하며, 낡아서 사용이 불편하였음.
이 숙소는 절대 비추천합니다.

예약 안내 한번도 없고
계속 상담원 통해서 물어봐도 제대로 된 답변을 못받았는데
역시나 도착하고 30분 넘게 해매다 들어갔네요 ㅡㅡ
숙소 청결도도 너무 별로 였고
가성비 대비 넓고 마트 옆이란거 빼곤 힘들었네요

골든코스트 롯데마트 바로 옆이라 편합니다! 다만 연결통로는 없어서 밖으로 나갔다가 가야한다는 점은 좀 아쉬웠어요. 리셉션이 따로 없어서 소통에 약간의 불편함은 있었지만 그래도 빠른 대처 해주셔서 만족합니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 뷰도 좋아요!
