Grand Tourane Nha Trang Hotel

Stayed in the Signature Room and overall really enjoyed my stay 👏 The room was very spacious and had everything needed: bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, hair dryer, drinking water, tea and coffee. The staff were very polite and spoke good English. I especially liked the bathtub. The bathroom view was not the best and the room had a slight smell / could be a little cleaner, but I still managed to see a small piece of the sea from there 🌊 When you open all the curtains, the view becomes absolutely stunning — especially in the evening. The pool area was also very nice. It looks bigger in the photos, but the view from the pool is beautiful, and you can sunbathe there until sunset if you enjoy tanning ☀️ One small warning: be careful with the tiles around the pool when the floor is wet — it can get slippery. Would I come back again? Yes 👏

Everything was great. The location (less than 5 minutes walk to the beach), the spacious room and bathroom, professional staff, a wonderful rooftop swimming pool and a good breakfast buffet. It's definitely a good 4-star hotel!

I stay in the junior suite on the 17 floor corner unit, facing both the sea and city + mountain view. Have a very cosy corner with coffee table and chair. Room is clean with bath tub and separate shower room, bed is soft and nice, I was trying to book the president suite but it was full all the way till Dec, not sure full or unavailable. Below the hotel is full of restaurant, spa, fruits, pub, minimart, pharmacy, everything is there. Walking distance to the beach while they have a big rooftop 360degree view swimming pool. Breakfast is based on 4 star hotel rating. Will come back and stay again at this hotel.

Lingering smoke odour thats constant like the neighbours are smoking and its seeping through the vents which explains why my towels smelt of smoke upon arrival and requested them changed due to this and stains found on the hand towel (i suspect these hadnt been changes from the last guest) Tv is a nuicance and doesnt stay on HDMI just flicks back to the crap hotel screen. Kitchen with no substance, no pots no pans, cutlery, crockery, washing up liquid just bare cupboards like a show kitchen so pointless even booking this place for a short stay. Housekeeping took nearly and hour to come to my room to change the towels and collect laundry, had to haggle over what item of clothing was what when it was clearly a lower priced item she was trying to put as higher. Lifts are pretty slow Reception guy was attentive and helpful. Nice full length windows with decent view, hot water is a bit spotty despite the button for it being on constantly. Walls are thin and could hear someones alarm early morning, doors slamming in the corridor also No indication what the switches donor relate so prepare for a disco whilst figuring it out - dirt and mess under the bed, stains on sheets, can tell its never been moved and cleaned. The woman at breakfast was gatekeeping food and was rude trying to snatch the bread out of my hand and trying to accuse me of ‘takeaway’ when all i wanted to do was make a sandwich, wide variety of buffet food but room service was poor and ordered out mainly. Asked for a towel upon visiting the rooptop and was asked to show my room Card - when i was leaving a group of people of different ethnicity were handed towels without hesitation or confirmation of staying in hotel

Great location, second row to the view. The room I have is spacious, clean, bathroom with bathtub. Staff speaks good English and are friendly. I arrived early morning and they help store luggage bag for me. It has a good swimming pool as well, I also tried the massage service provided inside the hotel with 50% discount. Overall is outstanding experience especially at the price (40sgd per night).

The Hotel was amazing and the pool is the best one I have ever seen. Try the Spa and massages,the ladies do an amazing job...so relaxing 🥰 Buffet was super big and delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations!! I can warmly recommend choosing this Hotel :)

Very good location and staff is very nice. You should definitely visit this place! It’s highly recommended.
