DB Hotel Nha Trang

This is the first hotel I chose to stay in when I traveled to Nha Trang after giving birth. I really feel super good and the service is also good. Overall, I am very satisfied. It is very convenient for travel and the price is good. It is worth recommending

I don't feel like speaking badly or criticizing anyone, but this is simply the most disgusting place we've ever been. In 10 days we changed 6 hotels and this one was the sixth. When we entered the lobby, everything seemed to look decent, but when we got up to the floor everything was smoky and hard smoky not only in the corridor, but also in the room, they told the worker about this, the cleaners came and puffed air freshener and thought that that was enough. We told us to change the room, they changed us on the floor above, everything stank there too because they smoke everywhere. We refused the hotel but they could not give us an answer for 4 hours whether they canceled or not. 4 hours (tin) in the end we say okay, we will stay once such difficulties. And this was the biggest mistake, the Chinese were making noise all night, opening and closing the door with such force that it was impossible not only to fall asleep, but even to be in the room. It was 1 am, we called the worker, he said yes we have a late check-in, I know that the Chinese are noisy and that's it. In short, they didn’t sleep all night the next day they left how inadequate these Chinese are just fu. This Grandmother who was noisy all night in the morning slept in the lobby (infection), I told the worker that she was noisy and the worker made her get up and not sleep in the lobby. Claim to the hotel for the fact that they do not monitor the fact that they smoke everywhere in the hotel, it's tough. And the room for some reason with a window that overlooks the corridor straight to the elevator, the audibility is just zero. You can hear everything, the result is that a terrible hotel. I do not recommend

Everything is almost very good - Very enthusiastic staff - close to the beach, only 5 minutes walk, located right in the city center, many popular dining areas - water swimming pool with sea view - excellent breakfast buffet Not rich but the food is very delicious, quality - price matches the quality. If I have the opportunity to travel, I will come back

The hotel is wonderful, I returned after almost 1 year to the hotel in April 2023. The hotel has changed a lot, the staff is very happy, the room is clean,... especially the swimming pool on the floor 18 has a beautiful view of the sea, watching the sunrise in the morning is very beautiful... On occasion, I will stop by the hotel on business or on vacation with friends.

I went with my family and stayed 2 nights here. My family really likes everything about the hotel, from the delicious breakfast to the clean rooms. The staff are especially friendly and always enthusiastically support us when our family needs guidance on fun places to visit. Nha Trang. We will continue to choose to stay here when we return to Nha Trang
