Seaside Boutique Hotel Nha Trang Beach

It's a pretty standard 4-star hotel. The location is decent, and it seems to mainly cater to international travelers. I booked through an app, but the system definitely needs some improvements.

The room's location is excellent, right across from a delicious avocado ice cream shop. The breakfast was also tasty and offered a good variety. The air conditioning in the room took a bit longer to cool down. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. Recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the bustling area but not noisy, and the soundproofing in the rooms is very good. The staff are friendly. There are many massage parlors and great food options nearby, plus a convenience store next door, making it the best choice for a solo traveler. It's a shame that when I tried to book a room again after returning to Nha Trang from Da Lat, it was fully booked.

Cons: The room was tiny; I couldn't even find a suitable spot for my carry-on luggage. The balcony was practically useless, more for show than anything, and it connected directly to the neighboring balcony. Although there were some plants for a bit of separation, it was easy to cross over, which felt like a security risk and lacked privacy. I also disliked the sink being in the bedroom; the shower and toilet were in separate areas. I'm more used to the traditional layout where the shower and toilet are together with a wet/dry separation, which I find more convenient. Pros: Breakfast was decent (considering the room rate), and the facilities were alright. The cleanliness was also satisfactory. The hotel is located in a quiet spot despite being in a busy area, and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The room design was interesting. We checked in at 2 PM; they couldn't get us in earlier because there were no free rooms, but they suggested we go to the pool on the 21st floor, which we did, and even caught a nap on the sofa there. It was convenient that smoking was allowed by the pool. Breakfasts were decent, nothing amazing, but I always felt full enough for a hotel breakfast. The staff in the dining room, and especially at the front desk, were wonderful – very friendly and pleasant; it's great when people are positive towards you. The location was convenient, with everything within walking distance. In the end, the hotel didn't get boring during my week-long stay and left me with positive impressions.
