This is a really great hotel, we loved everything about it. The room was nice and spacious, the bedding and towels were good quality, and the colorful bathrobes were a fun touch. The food was delicious and varied; I don't understand what people are complaining about in other reviews! There's something for everyone, and considering how many guests there are, the staff are truly amazing – they clean up quickly and replenish everything constantly. There's even a separate area for kids. The hotel is really lively and happening, with evening programs for both kids and adults. The animation team is fantastic; they do a great job keeping everyone entertained, starting with morning activities like workouts, yoga, and dancing on the beach. The sea and beach are awesome, with tons of sun loungers. It's an all-inclusive system, and while you could opt for selective dining, I think it would end up being more expensive given its distance from the city and lack of shops. If there was a disco in the evenings, it would be even more amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Let's start with the most important aspect for a seaside vacation. The beach is excellent, very beautiful, and incredibly spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and two bars. HOWEVER! A significant amount of trash is brought in by the currents and washes up on the shore. Hotel staff literally spend the entire day cleaning up what has already washed ashore. If the trash is floating on the surface or underwater, nothing is done about it. It's strange that they've put out buoys but haven't thought to install a net to catch the garbage. They offer golf cart rides to the beach, otherwise it's quite a long walk. There are two pools, located at opposite ends of the property and quite far from the sea, so you can't easily move between them. We didn't try the water park. Overall, service tends to be a weak point in Nha Trang hotels, and this one is no exception. Waitresses and bartenders don't always hide their emotions; if they don't understand something, or you don't understand them, they'll often make a face that clearly implies, "Are you stupid?" or "What nonsense are you talking about?!" The grounds are very green and quite large due to the considerable distance between the hotel and the beach. However, despite its size, much of this space is unused, just empty areas. You're only allowed to walk around the property while the beach is open; at other times, access to most of the area is blocked. Breakfast is almost always crowded (unless you arrive before 7:40 AM). The food is good but repetitive day after day. Due to the huge number of guests, tables aren't cleared fast enough, making it sometimes difficult to find and snag a clean spot. Room cleaning is mediocre at best. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and the air conditioner vent even had almost moss-like dust on it; I had to specifically request that they take care of it. The gym is extremely small, with literally only four machines.

The grounds are well-maintained and lush, with buggies available for transport. The beach is a bit far, about 1.5 km, also accessible by buggy. The room was spacious and the bathroom facilities excellent. It's quite a distance from the city.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Super clean and lovely, I enjoyed everything! The only thing missing was a shop on-site for things like water, for example.

The hotel is new, but still under construction. When we arrived, the pool and water slides weren't operational. I went to the gym, and it only had three machines, a barbell, and dumbbells. However, the treadmill and exercise bike weren't plugged in (different plug and socket types). I asked the reception to fix it, and they said they would, but it was never done. The food is delicious and varied. If you only book breakfast, you can buy lunch, dinner, or snacks on-site. Rooms: The rooms are standard. We've stayed in various 4-5 star hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is comparable. However, the shower was a nightmare. If you put the showerhead on its holder (which isn't adjustable and is only suitable for people under 150cm tall), water pours behind the tub (it's not flush against the wall, there's a gap around the perimeter). Since there's no shower curtain and the bathroom floor isn't properly sloped, the water runs onto the floor, flooding the entire area up to the toilet. Basically, you have to hold the showerhead the whole time. The hotel is far from the city (a 30-minute taxi ride, 200,000 VND one way). You can't walk to the beach; they provide a shuttle (a 3-minute ride). The beach is clean, with plenty of sun loungers, and no waves, making it perfect for kids. The entertainment is excellent. There are games on the beach, and evening discos for kids, followed by adults. There's also a great kids' play area, and nearby tennis and billiards for adults (we'd leave our child and play ourselves).

Everything was good, but it was a bit boring. The beach closes at 6 PM, and the pool also undergoes chlorination after that. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were masterpieces! The grounds are large and peaceful. In the evenings, it's really quiet and isolated; even their discos are completely empty.

The hotel is new, but 99% of the guests are package tourists. The food in the dining hall is really unappetizing, and yet there's a hefty surcharge for dinner and lunch. The cocktails, made with local alcohol, are very strong and hard to drink. The decor is very basic, even though it's new. On the plus side, there's the beach, the pool, and some entertainment. Overall, it's pretty much your typical Turkish all-inclusive.

The single family room is large and bright. + clean linens, comfortable beds. Good water pressure, no hot water issues. Beautiful view from the window. Large balcony. - This isn't a big deal for me, but it might be useful to someone else. The room is tired: dirty walls, torn curtains. There were two chairs on the balcony, but no table. In the living room, the sofa is right under the dripping air conditioner, so the sofa is constantly wet. Food. We only had breakfast (average, like everywhere else). We ordered from the restaurant on the beach; it was expensive and tasteless. We ordered delivery for lunch and dinner. It's much cheaper and more affordable. The water park is open 2 a.m. in the morning and 2 p.m. in the afternoon. Slide tubes are always available (never in short supply). The pool at the water park is a strange color, cloudy, probably dirty (from sand, etc.). Beach. A pleasant, green place surrounded by mountains, clean. During our stay, the waves weren't a hindrance to swimming, but during the day they brought a lot of trash. The shuttle bus to the beach is scheduled or runs as needed, so walking is inconvenient. The entertainment is uninteresting. During our stay, there were "hotel couple" competitions—absolutely awful. There's no life outside the hotel at all; there's nothing to do in the evening, not even a stroll through the park between the beach and the hotel. The bus to Nha Trang fills up quickly; there are almost never any seats.

Pros - We arrived at 4am and asked for an early check-in. They accommodated us, and we checked in by 11am, even though the hotel was at 10% occupancy at the time. - Spacious grounds. - Beautiful and clean beach. - Children's area (the only thing is, you have to keep an eye on the child yourself, the floor is cold). Cons: - I asked for a quiet room when booking, but they put me in a room next door to a staff room where they store equipment. They start "moving around" there from 6am – endlessly banging, dropping carts, shouting! - The grounds and the room itself are "dilapidated." - The toilet in one of the bathrooms is stuck and leaking, causing a smell. The shower is poorly designed, causing all the water to leak, resulting in a flood in the bathroom. There was a problem with hot water on the first day. - The lighting in the rooms is very poor. - The internet was constantly lagging; during a large group stay, it couldn't even send voice messages. - Breakfast is a different story – it's the same every day. On certain days, there weren't enough tables, cutlery, or glasses. Endless lines and noise! - There aren't enough towels on the beach; we had to wait for about an hour. I also witnessed more than once how the staff would take out used towels, lightly dry them in the sun, fold them up like new, and hand them out to guests! This happened both on the beach and at the pool. - The pool (water park) is not working! There's a huge pool, but it's completely unclear why it's not working. The small one with slides was opened two days before our stay ended, and it's partially blocked off. - Cleaning. Well, it's hardly cleaning. It takes 10-15 minutes (for a two-room suite with a living room and two bathrooms). One day, we barely managed to get at least some cleaning done and towels changed. - When we checked in, the room only had toiletries for three people, even though there were four of us. - During the first two days on the beach, the bar and restaurant in the main building didn't even have coconuts; they explained that they hadn't ordered them in time due to TET. The cocktail selection at the bar was meager, and they didn't match their names. Some bartenders don't know how to make them. - If you're not on all-inclusive, you can buy, for example, a cocktail quest. But even with all-inclusive, there are complications. It seems like the staff changes and the rules change. - The staff speaks very little English, making communication difficult. - On the first day after checking in, we wanted to go to the beach (you have to go to a specific spot and a shuttle will take you there), but the receptionist said we had to pay for the shuttle (120,000 rubles per person). We didn't go because there were 2.5 hours left before the beach closed. As it turned out later, you have to pay if you're not staying at the hotel. - On the second-to-last day, when we went to the restaurant for dinner, we found out they had run out of pizza and burger dough. The menu is very limited, making it difficult for children to choose something. We ordered fries (720 rubles) and carbonara (890 rubles). I'll attach a photo so you can see why we paid so much. It was terrible. But the restaurant manager said everything was fine. - On Saturday, it turned out they were charging an extra 20% in restaurants, and no one had informed us about it in advance. Prices are already extremely high for the quality of the food they serve, and now they're adding an extra 20%. - Endless apologies don't solve the situation. We need to act, not talk. - This was the first time we experienced racial discrimination at this hotel. - The staff isn't trained to deal with foreigners; they often have smirks on their faces. It's different with locals—they greet us, smile, and so on. - Lots of abandoned buildings that spoil the view. - Photos on booking websites don't correspond to reality. - The room has what looks like a kitchen, but it's empty except for four glasses, four mugs, and a refrigerator, which was replaced several times because it wasn't working. There's not even a trash can. A complete disappointment. This can't be a 4-star hotel, 3 at a stretch. I think foreigners shouldn't go to this hotel; it's only suitable for locals. This is the worst service I've ever encountered.
