Отлично расположенный отель. Номер был просто шикарный: большой, для вещей много места, балкон и тд.
Завтрак был посредственный, наверняка что поесть найдет каждый, но это будет 1-2 блюда. В общем специфический выбор и довольно странный вкус у всего.
В номере хоть и убирались, но такие элементы как зубные пасты, чай и тд (мелкие, но приятности) не восполнялись. Обидно
Бассейн на крыше, это отдельная тема. Купился на суперфотографии и вид из него. По факту стекла были грязные (засохшая вода) и портили всю картину. Вода в бассейне не внушала доверия, не очень приятно было плавать (это было один раз)
Справедливости ради, хочу сказать, что нам с супругой подарили завтрак у бассейна. Но как мы помним: стекла грязные. Позиционируется это как романтичный завтрак на двоих (на минуточку он есть в прайсе за 250к донгов), даже розочка есть. А если припомнить семью в кол-ве 5-ти человек из поднебесной, кричащих без устали и резвящихся в бассейне, то грош цена такому романтическому подарку. Это момент необходимо учитывать на будущее персоналу.
В целом, потерпеть сервис можно, но за менее высокую цену. Тем более, что видно, что отель далеко не из «новинок». Заполняемость отеля была на уровне 2 номеров из 6 на этаже (в сезон Карл!), а их 20. Сами думайте.

ข้อเสีย พัก 2 วัน ไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องให้ ไม่เอาน้ำเปล่า ผ้าเช็ดตัวมาเปลี่ยน ต้องโทรบอก อาหารเช้าน้อย สระว่ายน้ำเล็ก้หมาะสำหรับนั่งรับลมมากกว่า

Was a great hotel! The room was very spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable.
I had activities planned before breakfast started and they would make up a takeaway breakfast for me, which was very tasty and filling. Security and the reception staff were super helpful
Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed in an Executive Sea Room. I satisfied all their services and I loved the room I stayed in and the swimming pool on the roof. But one day there was a cockroach in my bathroom. All the staff were kind but they didn't change my room. I asked for the cockroach spray but they gave me a mosquito spray. Breakfast service was good but not special. Just normal. If you ask me, will I stay here again next time? I'll choose another higher class hotel.

나트랑해변인근에 위치해 있으며, 한국인이 많이 가는 casaspa( 마사지샵) 맞은편에 있음 .가성비대비 좋은가격.
로비카운터 직원들도 매우 친절했음.
다만, 내방건너편에 중국인 대가족이 여행을 와서 아이들과 너무 시끄러워 방을 교체 요청했더니, 3층에서 조금은 프라이빗한(?) 17층으로 추가요금을 내고 이동하여줌.
이과정에서 빠른 일처리가 조금 아쉬웠음.
체크아웃시 공항으로 가는 차량을 택시보다 저렴하게 안내해줌.
