친절한 직원분들 깨끗한 시설, 인프라까지 어디하나 빠지는게 없습니다.
고급호텔의 표본이라고 말씀드리고 싶네요.
수영장이 작아 다소 아쉬운 부분이 있지만, 바로 앞 해변이 있어 괜찮았습니다.
조식은 종류가 다양하며, 디저트가 맛있습니다.

Fantastic stay, everything was perfect from the attention to details, the coordination for our arrival via airport transfer for someone to usher and greet us at the lobby for quick and seamless check-in late at 2.30am, they were very thoughtful of the time and we were tired from our flight.

We had excellent breakfast and well educated services but swimming pool is too windy. In terms of cost performance, it should be in average.

나트랑 2번째 여행입니다^^
인터컨티넨탈 호텔은 일단 위치가 넘나 좋구요~
해변 바로 앞이라서 오션뷰 룸에서 해돋이도 볼수 있어요.
조식에는 한식도 있어서 부모님 아이들 모두 부담감없이 식사하실수 있으실겁니다~~
무엇보다 한국인 리셉션이 있어서 소통하기도 어렵지 않으실거에요^^
친구 생일이어서 조그만 케익 부탁드렸는데.. 이렇게 멋진 케익을 만들어 주셨네요♡감동 받았어요^^
기분좋게 생퐈도 하고, 수영장에서 수영도 하고 좋은추억 만들어 갑니다^^

1. 首先關於早餐的問題。我們在沒有結束早餐之前就讓我們填寫早餐的就餐體驗，填寫完以後雖説及時的詢問為什麼評價是4分，但是一直不斷的問詢對於我們就餐體驗很不友好。並且在我們反應過“沒人往水杯裏面添水”這種問題以後，依舊沒有人過來添上這杯水，實在是讓人懷疑詢問客人的意見是不是衹是一種形式，並不會有人認真對待客人的反饋。
2.我們預訂了俱樂部房型，有行政酒廊的權益，不過體驗實在令人不滿意。我們在進入酒廊之前被反映不能穿短褲入內，並告知這是硬性要求。這是由於我的個人疏忽忘記了着裝要求，所以回去更換後到酒廊就坐。但是在就餐過程中，我們發現俱樂部休息室裏麪也有顧客穿着短褲，反應問題以後，解釋是此人沒有長褲，所以跟經理反應以後允許他入內。之後我發現陸陸續續進來的客人中，基本上都穿着短褲入內，並沒有人提醒他們有着裝要求。再次反應以後解釋為他們的短褲都是能遮住膝蓋的，所以可以入內，但是實際上有很多人的短褲並不是遮住了膝蓋。所以我對於這種對於不同客人不同標準的行為感到非常氣憤，我嚴重懷疑這是國籍歧視，種族歧視的行為。
我對於酒廊的整體體驗很糟糕。一共2桌客人，一杯加冰的威士忌需要我等十幾分鍾，我嚴重懷疑效率問題，餐點也沒有想象中的好，唯一積極的就是收盤子的速度和告訴我last order的時間。
3.我是萬豪旗下酒店的鑽石會員，這次芽莊之行我本來想選擇入住喜來登，但是由於您酒店的海景更吸引我，也是因為從來沒有體驗過洲際酒店，所以才預訂了俱樂部房型。正常預訂房間價格是800CNY左右，俱樂部房型要1700CNY，也就是我花了兩倍的價格體會到了較差的服務，除了房間衞生和海景屬於每個酒店的硬性標準，算是過關。但是其他項目實在是沒有什麼體驗。我不瞭解酒店培訓和服務是怎麼開展的，但是就這種情況來看，我不會推薦芽莊洲際給其他朋友。

냐짱 시내와 롱비치 바로 앞에 위치하여 사방으로 어딜 가든 최고의 호텔이었습니다.
새벽 1시 도착으로 매우 피곤 했지만 사전 예약한 픽업 서비스를 통해 공항에서 부터 호텔 까지
정말 편하게 이동 할 수 있었고, 체크인 카운터의 빠른 응대 덕분에 객실 이동까지 10분 안쪽으로 체크인 후 이동했으며,
전망좋은 객실, 훌륭한 룸서비스, 수영장, GYM등 부대시설도 다양하게 즐길 수 있었습니다.
특히 많은분들께서 극찬하신 조식에 대해 상당히 기대를 했는데,
기대 이상으로 만족했습니다.
바로 옆 쉐x톤도 몇해 전 이용 해 봤지만
인터컨티넨탈이 모든 부분에서 만족도가 앞서네요^^
