Hotel is wonderful, the staff is very polite. They always try to please the guest. When we wanted to swim in the pool after closing, we were allowed for an hour. And it makes me so happy . Receptionist is perfect

mình có 2 tuần cách ly ở khách sạn và cảm thấy không hài lòng với thái độ của một số nhân viên và cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn. Phòng 2 giường đơn ở bên hông khách sạn rất nhỏ khó khăn cho 2 người sinh hoạt và view của phòng thì không có biển mà nhìn trực diên qua tòa nhà bên canh (đang thi công) rất thất vọng. Có một bạn tiếp tân nam rất mất lịch sự với khách khi cho rằng khách nói xạo và khó tính vì than phiền máy lạnh trong phòng 3 tiếng dồng hồ vẫn không mát. Phòng cách âm rất tệ và khi tắm rất ồn trong phòng và cho cả phòng bên cạnh. Wifi của khách sạn rất yếu và khó để làm việc hay gọi điện online. Với cơ sở vật chất của khách sạn tôi không nghĩ xưng đáng với giá tiền khách sạn 4 sao.

Отличный отель. Спокойный район на севере Нячанга, не в центре, поэтому мало туристов и байкеров. До центра можно без проблем добраться на байк-такси. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда поможет. Официанты запоминают Ваши заказы и в следующий раз, не спрашивая, несут Вашу любимую еду.

Hotel is nice but I wasn’t provided with proper basic needs. I didn’t get hot water so I wasn’t able to shower at all the first night and couldn’t really shower properly the second night either since I only got barely lukewarm water but I had to wait nearly AN HOUR for the water to be warm!. The hotel staff tried to fix it but couldn’t do much about it. I booked for a 7 nightS stay but ended up having to cancel the reservation due to it. I tried to request a refund for the remaining Nights but the hotel staff REFUSED to REFUND the money. That’s very ridiculous considering the fact that they couldn’t provide the basic needs for the guests. I guest they only care about taking people money whether the service was being provided or not….DONT RECOMMEND IT!

It's located on the northern outskirts of Nha Trang, so there's not much to see nearby, but I was very grateful for the 5 nights and 6 days, including the friendly staff in the new building and Manager Fung, who became my drinking buddy one evening. ^^ It's right in front of the sea, so it has an original 100% ocean view and a rooftop pool. It was the perfect hotel for me.
