Great location. Plenty within walking distance including shopping centre, massages, cafes including western cafes.
Small things only with service - asked for an iron, took an hour. Asked for some spare towels didn’t come. But good value for money and clean.

Again this VinPearl group has to upgrade the services. Breakfast is too small for the amount of guests with one coffee machine that didn't work for the last two days of my stay. Your breakfast table is cleaned while you eat, littraly your coffee and plate is removed while you get something for your meal.

First of all, we booked a sea view room on Ctrip, but when we got there, the front desk assigned us a room with a view on the 7th floor, as shown in Figure 2. To be honest, I was a little angry at the time. I don’t know if I had a prejudice against ZGR. Then I immediately went to the front desk to communicate in English. We said we wanted to upgrade to a great view room. Later, we added about 200 RMB to upgrade to the highest level room, but we were forced to wait for 4 hours before entering the room. Anyway, go out and play, don’t let your mood be affected! Later, I also found the platform to feedback this problem, but I really think it’s funny. If it were a lot of people, they might really endure it.
Let’s talk about the hotel. It can be said that it is occupied by Koreans. It is very close to Nha Trang Beach and there is also a small shopping mall next to it (there is a supermarket in the mall where you can buy specialties).
There are actually very few people in the infinity pool. Most of them are taking pictures on the shore. It’s very enjoyable to swim. The hotel environment, location, and facilities are all good. You can go to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning!
