The room was not soundproof so I could hear the chairs and desks being moved in the next room. There was only a hand shower so it took a while to wash my hair. Other than that, it was a good hotel with a perfect location. I will stay again.

Not exactly 5 Star. Room indicating wear and tear. The mattress was in need of replacement as it was severely indented and not at a 5 Star level. Check in was good however little interaction thereafter. Breakfast was disappointing as the hot food was cold and was slowly replenished. Location was fine as it is close to the beach. A Shopping mall is attached to the property and the adjoining property has a great supermarket and shops. Lifts are slow due to the gym on level 4 which is used by the public as well as guests. Unfortunately we expected a little bit more for the rating of this hotel.

The front staffs are friendly but the hotel is a bit crowded since the fitness on the 4th floor. The swimming pool is not like in the picture and there is no service at the pool. On the first day, I asked a staff at the pool for the towels, he said it ran out but actually we need to get it from the front desk ( that guy gave me wrong information). The buffet is not bad but I think it should be much better because there are a lot fresh food Nha Trang.

Came back to Vietnam to visit families and make new friends along the way. The stay at Diamond Bay Hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel makes me feel like a special guess. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. If you visit Nha Trang, stay at this hotel.

Checked in early evening and the room with all my requests were ready. I got a beautiful high-floor ocean view which I booked, clean linen, a separate bathtub, and a shower room with all the needed amenities. The room is spacious enough. The hotel is connected to Nha Trang Central shopping mall. Next block is Lotto, another famous shopping mall. Try the hotel gym which is also the California Fitness. The pool is nice. The morning breakfast is always crowded with people and the food is slow in refilling. If some popular fruits or food are gone, they were either not replaced or replaced with something else. I would say that the management needs to do something with the breakfast. Breakfast is good for everyone's needs. The hotel staff provides good service. For my next trip, I will choose this hotel again.

The view very nice

Perfect location and has easy access to everywhere :) We enjoyed the view day and night!

Room is clean but a little bit old. The Suite is large with very nice view, bath tube nex to the view so that yiu can enjoy sea view when taking bath

The hotel is located within the city on the first line. The beach is across the road. The sea is transparent and clean. Good rooms with a balcony on the upper floors. At first they tried to give us a room without a balcony (which did not correspond to my reservation). But after my message about the discrepancy, they changed it to the correct one. The evening view of the embankment is mesmerizing. Breakfast at the hotel is decent and varied. There are a lot of people, but the waiters are very quick to clean the tables. All the service staff are friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend our holidays in this hotel.

Overall it was a good hotel! The staff were very polite and I had a pleasant stay! There was a Lotte Mart right behind it, so I had no trouble buying souvenirs!

High cost performance, convenient location, large room, comfortable bedding, highly recommended.

Large beautiful hotel in the very center of Nha Trang. First line. They gave us an elite suite 100 meters away instead of a royal suite at no additional cost. Nice staff. When the kettle broke, they came to replace it literally 5 minutes later. Beach across the road. Gorgeous views through panoramic windows. The downside is that there are few umbrellas on the beach

The price corresponds to the quality. Overall, not a bad hotel. Everything you need is nearby.
