I was disappointed with their policy. We are 5 people and need additional key (At first, they gave one card key) I asked one additional key and they requested deposit 200,000VND for add. After 1-2 hours, I returned additional key to reception and asked to return the deposit. However they said they can return the deposit if i give all card keys!!! And it means they’re not going to give back until I check out next day. I didn’t understand WHY. Really disappointed with this process. Finally they returned the deposit for one card because I didn’t agree with that. I think it will be nice to change the policy. Because that deposit is only for one additional key requested.

When i go to first time room was very clean. But second time room was not clean. Cleaning service is bad. Also check out is very slowly. Waiting waiting ... 😏😏😏

Clean room, hotel located near night market. Room is clean and comfortable, espesially room with panoramic seaview.

The hotel doesn’t helpful when my sister waiting until more than 2:30pm to get check in . The hotel wasn’t know how to handle about that , always say that room is not available but this time is Chinese New Year coming very soon here, as not many customers stay in this place , I definitely won’t stay here again . Because I feel not comfortable and a bit regret to book this place for my holiday in Nha Trang city !

Ok clean. Good location but inconvenient about parking fees

Excellent view from the window, we lived on the 35th floor. The room itself is excellent and spacious. Good location, in the very center, there is parking, for a bike it costs 30 dong per day. Entrance to the pool on the 40th floor is 150 dong. But there are two huge disadvantages: there is a club on the 40th floor and the music plays very loudly until 12 or one in the morning. But this is not the biggest disadvantage. The biggest negative, because of which we would never return to this hotel, is that the room smelled like a garbage dump, and not only in the room, it happened in the parking lot and even at the reception. The smell was from the ventilation, it periodically disappeared, and periodically the smell was unbearable, because of this it even gave me a headache. When you enter the room, you feel like you are entering a landfill. If you want to spend a vacation with a beautiful view and room, and the smell of slop doesn’t bother you, then this is the place for you)

The hotel is in a convenient location with unparalleled sea views. It's convenient for walking around and eating, but there are basically no services. Only two staff members greet guests. Massages in the hotel are reasonably priced.

Great location and great value for money

The location is excellent. It's right in front of the beach. However, it is not a hotel but a serviced apartment. Amenities are minimal.

The room is very clean, the bed is big, the air conditioner is silent, I stayed for 2 nights and felt very good,,,✅🌸🌹,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
