This hotel us a zero star disgusting dirty rat infested motel nestled in a dark dingy alleyway of nha trang. Customer service and staff are horrible and unfit to work in hospitality. They should be ashamed of their despicable excuse for a motel. Book anywhere but here trust me

The room on the 13 th floor with limited seavew as cosy and clean. Friendly staff. the hotel is in a small alley but right next to the city beach.

It was cost-effective for a 0.5 night stay on an early morning flight. Honestly, the cleanliness is very disappointing. It was a bit uncomfortable to see ants coming out of the bathroom, and there was no soundproofing at all. Warm water doesn't come out well. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient as it was downtown. Recommended for 0.5 nights

It's right next to Nha Trang Beach, and the convenience facilities are also accessible. The view from the room is nice, and the cost performance is the best!

The staff are really friendly and nice. The room condition is really nice for the photos. The location is downtown, but you have to go in completely.

Noise isolation leaves much to be desired.

We booked two rooms. One of which was fine the other had a few maintenance issues. Rooms were generally good. Good location. Breakfast was poor, especially so if you arrived in the last half hour where there was little left and things were not being re-stocked. The bar wasn’t open by the pool (in August when I’d expect it to be busy in the hotel). An alarm was going off on our floor one night – the response was to unplug it – not very safe! Still wasn’t sorted when we left (we saw another one of these unplugged in another hotel in Vietnam!).

3 star hotel. Inexpensive and you get what you pay for. Pool and restaurant very limited. Rooms clean. Easy access to the beach - 5 minute walk - which is why we stayed there. Nothing fancy - but cheap and effective.

The experience was not very good. 1. About the hotel staff, the receptionist attitude is quite indifferent to guests, not enthusiastic and friendly like the common ground in Nha Trang, in return the security guard and room staff are very enthusiastic. 2. About the room at the hotel, the room is not clean, and the actual room will be much older than the photo that the hotel posted online. The sanitary ware is slightly yellowed, the bed is dusty. 3. About breakfast and kitchen, the hotel's breakfast must be said to be very bad, not not delicious 🥲 There are some slices of dry bread, some ham, ham, the only fruit, dragon fruit, and water. C effervescent and filtered water, ice is thin. The second meal I bought outside because I couldn't eat the hotel's breakfast, asked the kitchen reception if it would help to warm up the food, the receptionist said to bring it up, bring it up, the kitchen said "No"? While the kitchen staff is standing and playing. After asking again, the receptionist said that the kitchen said that is not okay? 😀 4. The swimming pool closes early, so anyone who likes to go to the lake and enjoy the wind can't come up. The area that the hotel calls the gym has only 1 treadmill and 1 bicycle With this price, I think the surrounding area has a lot better options, I won't come back again until we visit Nha Trang.
