Very good, clean and spacious, close to the beach

It's good value for money and the location is great. I never ate breakfast

The hotel is located in a side street, and what is rather its advantage is that you can’t hear the noise of passing mopeds and cars. I liked the room - bright and neat, I can’t say it was cleaned well, but it was acceptable. This is a budget hotel, so large groups of tourists often stay here. Near the hotel there are several small cafes where you can have a delicious breakfast - a pancake shop, for example, where the owner is a Russian guy.

Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel is located in the center of the city, with comfortable transportation and many places to eat around. The facilities are good, but the wifi is not very good.

I stayed there because I got a discount. It was cheap and clean.

This is the worst. Is this 4 star?? It's so bad that you might think, I decided to just sleep, but it was so uncomfortable. 1. The cleanliness of the room is terrible. There is nothing to fill and nothing to clean up. The floor was very dirty and no improvement was made despite requests throughout our stay. 2. Refrigerator not cool Even though I turned the refrigerator up to maximum power, it wasn’t cool. I asked at the reception, and they said they would understand. After looking at it for a while, they just said that this was normal and left. I complained throughout my stay, but there was no improvement. 3. Lack of towels Towels were not supplied or not enough. When I asked for it at the reception, they provided me with a personal *****ed towel instead of a white hotel towel, but they roughly threw me a towel and told me that there were no hotel white towels. I know, I know, I know, go up like this. 4. No signal Even if I connected to the Wi-Fi inside the property, there was no internet at all. A level that can only be reached by going down to the first floor lobby. 5. Employee attitude Even though I made a request or complained as above, they just said okay and left me alone. I often went to the lobby at night due to internet issues, and every time I went, I encountered an employee lying on the guest sofa and using his cell phone, and he even lay down until I tried to talk to him. Other employees also do not sit at the counter/reception. They are gathered together to smoke outside, and when I try to talk to them, they just repeat that they know that it is annoying and that they will go up and check. 6. Aging of facilities The air conditioner in the lobby is not turned on. It seems like they are not maintaining it. There was so much dust in the room that I sneezed throughout my stay. The #1 hotel you don’t even want to look at.
