Резорт зелёный , ухоженный!🌴все время убирают водоросли, мусор , поливают , облагораживают территорию !Тихо, птички поют! Очень тёплый бассейн!
Чистое море! Вкусные завтраки! Слаженная работа рецепции!
Единственное не очень понятна концепция отеля за все услуги платить сразу картой или наличкой🤔то есть хочешь ты кокос - оплати сразу, взяли коктейли в бассейне- оплати! вы плаваете в бассейне с картой или деньгами и мы нет😁хотели записать на номер, но нет такой услуги! Не понятно почему ?! Не дешёвый отель, а мы ещё и брали со входом в парк , отель 5* и такая не клиентоориентированность 🤷♀️мне кажется нужно задуматься руководству отеля!!!

Отель выше всяких похвал, великолепный большой номер с видом на море, огромная кровать, в санузле и ванна и отдельно стоящий душ, уборка отличная!
Брали номер с завтраками и с билетами на Vinwonder, завтраки супер, очень разнообразная еда, много фруктов.

房型比較老舊，沙灘和海濱不錯，早餐不錯。但是酒店工作人員有嚴重的中國人歧視。舉幾個例子：
1. 有問題詢問門廳服務人員，服務人員直接讓我等一下，滿臉堆笑地跨過我詢問從我身後經過的白人有沒有什麼需要幫助的？房卡有沒有帶？然而這對白人夫妻衹是正常進門，被服務員的熱情問得一臉蒙。服務員把他們攔下“熱心”幫助了幾分鐘，確保他們一切順利後才轉頭變個臉問我有什麼事情。點頭彎腰堆笑和轉臉問我的表情變臉之快震驚。
2. 一對韓國人用英文向服務員詢問一些事情，服務員回答了兩句後就很不耐煩地説不好意思我不會説中文。韓國人急得用英文説我也不會説中文。我不是中國人。
3. 酒店內餐廳關了好幾個，向前台詢問哪個餐廳還開着能吃晚飯。服務員非常沒有耐心，後來一轉身看到兩個服務員在幫一個高她們三個頭的白人穿衣服，一衹胳膊一衹胳膊地穿。
另外，一定要注意。房卡遺失需要賠錢。退房時我有一張房卡落在了房間，我給前台解釋説還有一張在房間，可以去拿下。前台一直警告説如果遺失需要付款額外的費用。最後房間找回後才正常退房。
