Normally check in was 2pm we turned up at 8am because we drove 8 hours from hoi an to nha trang and Linh then loveliest lady checked us in withing half an hour! The room was lovely the shower is very very clean and everything else about this place is great i recommend this place highly if your around this area! LINH IS THE BEST

My family has recent stayed in Cozy hotel and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel located in the center of Nha Trang, just a couple minute walking to the beach and convenient to explore the city. The room is extremely clean and large with two big beds for four of us. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love this place and highly recommend Cozy Hotel to everyone plans to travel to Nha Trang.

Good value for money, great location and a surprisingly large room with two large beds. To be honest it's just a cheap room near the beach. The streets nearby has plenty of small food shops and there is a convenience store opposite the hotel.

They also had just blankets and never had them. The bed linen does not change at all, only when you go down and tell them about it yourself. Sometimes they don't come to clean at all. Although this cleaning ... one word ... Towels are terrible dirty, they are just grey, no one has seen normal white towels. The same applies to the blankets ... Now about the number itself: furniture seems to be nothing, but the plumbing and shower are very dirty. We have an ancient air conditioner in our room, some others have new air conditioners hanging in. The refrigerator really turns off when you leave and what is the point then? We have at least a room with a view on the lotus, a part of the rooms view on the wall. If you move the tub or bed, no one has ever cleaned up there since the hotel was built. Overall, 10 times think before booking this hotel. I am not a bruised person or a conflict, but no more here. We left the hotel early in the morning, returned late in the evening, so it was possible to endure, but to someone this dirt and such staff can spoil the rest ... Safe is not, we had a suitcase with a code lock, left the money there. Nothing was stolen.
