Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. If you want the best location, the best seaview/seafront don't hesitate to choose Citadines Bayfront, this is the ultimate place to experience Nha Trang without any doubt. 5 stars!

Stiamo alloggiando proprio adesso in questo hotel,prenotato ieri dopo essere scappati dall altro pessimo hotel in cui eravamo(ed era in 5 stelle) Devo dire onestamente uno degli hotel migliori in cui ho soggiornato nel mio viaggio in Vietnam. L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. Hotel ben al di sopra degli standard visti senza contare L ottimo prezzo. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff,avete confermato La magnifica ospitalità vietnamita. I stayed there for four days and three nights and didn't want to go home. I can only say that the hotel's price/performance ratio is excellent value for money!

Accommodation like this at this price???? The best accommodation you will ever stay in.. First of all, there is no noise around, so it is good to stay quietly. There is a sea in the accommodation, and the sand is much softer and cleaner than in the city. They even give you a buggy ride to the sea and pick you up. The swimming pool was large and nice. It was the cleanest and most spacious swimming pool I've ever been to. The staff were friendly. Sometimes, the card key wasn't recognized well, but if you go to the reception, they would fix it. The room was spacious and the view was really crazy. The breakfast menu was varied and had a variety of breads as well! There was porridge, and it was similar to Korean-style porridge, so I didn’t feel pressured to eat it!! It's also close to the airport, so you can take the airport shuttle bus! Anyway, it was a really nice accommodation💕

Nhân viên lễ tân rất nhiệt tình phòng khá đẹp nhất là tầng cao có view biển phù hợp với mức giá sẽ đến đây thêm lần nữa bể bơi thì ở tầng 21. Mặc dù là mùa du lịch nhưng giá phòng ở đây cũng không chênh lệch quá cao so với ngày thường là một nơi đáng để quay lại khi ghé thăm nha trang.

The Emerald Bay is a lovely hotel very close to the beach in Nha Trang. We were welcomed by The manager Vo thi my Van and Tran thi my Quynh who is the receptionist both very good at their job's we found that that they wanted to help us organise our stay and help was always on hand thank you to both of you. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor very spacious room which caters for all.
