Good location. Walk just a few minutes to Niagara Falls. Impressed!

Very good for the price and service. Definitely recommend it for the location. It was just a 3 min walk away from the Niagara visitor center. Very very convenient!!

Room was clean and hotel put us on higher floor so we got a better view. Small coffee maker in the room. Double beds in room are comfortable. The drainage in our bath room was not working well, after informing the front desk, they sent their maintenance staff Rafael to check within minutes. A very short walk to the falls and linked way over to Canada. There is a tourist information counter on ground floor and saw some tourists engaged guides for their day out. Very simple breakfast served from 7am - 10am but good enough for my family. Have free coffee and hot water dispenser on ground floor available for guests. Overall a satisfying stay.

Real value for money. Very strategic location. Breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Very, very bad, I don't know how 4.1 points came out, I can only give one point. It's not easy for a hotel to be bad in all aspects! The black man at the front desk who checked in had no sense of service, he was just playing with his phone, and he had a dark face to all the guests who checked in, as if everyone owed him money. I stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning service on the second day, and no towels were changed. The toilet was blocked when I moved in. I told the waiter when I went out in the morning, and no one came to repair it when I came back at four in the afternoon. We had to go to the front desk to find the old black man to argue, but he actually said it had nothing to do with him, and he didn't know who to find to repair it because he was not the boss. The carpet was dirty, with a large stain, and the quilt cover was dirty, with stains and hair. The sofa was soft like a pile of cotton, and you couldn't get up after sitting in it. The bathroom cabinet had no door, and the sewer pipe was exposed outside. The breakfast was even worse, with only bread, cake, potato egg pancakes, beef pancakes, coffee, and nothing else. Such a bad hotel, the price is more expensive than the nearby Holiday Inn, etc.! It is recommended that Ctrip cancel cooperation with this kind of hotel! ! !

The hotel is really close to the waterfall. You can walk across the road from the back door to the waterfall park. There are really many tourists. The sanitation needs to be improved. Parking was free when we checked in, but I saw other guests saying that it would cost $10 per night. The breakfast is basic, with bread, scrambled eggs, coffee, potatoes and sausages, which is enough to eat.

The room is big enough, the two double beds are comfortable, there is a coffee machine in the room, but the carpet is not very clean, it is best to wear your own slippers. The hotel is next to the waterfall, across the road is the waterfall park, and there are many restaurants around. In short, first-class location, second-class hotel.
