Great hotel, location amazing. Was not impressed with the morning wake up of the jack hammer from the renos on the first floor when I'm on the upper level.

Location is OK. Parking lot inconvenience. Old facility and environment. And the receptionist not professional.

My room had a terrible view! I was upgraded to a fallsview from a King with Jacuzzi because Jacuzzis are being repaired and i got the noisiest and worse view i have ever gotten staying here. I was very disappointed!!!!!

We have free parking at the casino so I love the indoor walkway to the hotel. The jacuzzi in the room was good. Often they are not. And my wife loved that there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Clean room.

Beautiful location with amazing view of falls. Staff was amazing .

Facilities: Ordinary hotel facilities, excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the Horseshoe Falls in the morning, many restaurants and Starbucks downstairs Hygiene: The room has a bit of odor, probably close to the waterfall, very humid, fortunately only stayed one night Service: OK, charged about 70 yuan for environmental protection fees, I didn't hear it clearly The price is reasonable, cost-effective, parking costs 35 Canadian dollars, you can find a parking lot nearby, 10 dollars is enough, bargaining is no problem, Indians are not regular. You can park at the door for 15 minutes to check in

Facilities: Due to environmental issues, they are not provided in North America. Toothbrushes are fine, but there are no clothes bags, hangers, or wardrobes. It's hard to describe. There are many high-rise buildings in front that block the view. I don't know if this is considered a waterfall view room? Speechless!

The bed was so bad that I didn't dare to turn over due to the squeaking sound. There was a lot of construction noise outside the window in the middle of the night.

It is a clean and well-located hotel. Although Lake Niagara was only partially visible, it was okay to go down and see it in person!
