The check in desk was very friendly and extra helpful. We were given a complimentary later check out when we mentioned we had plans early in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Niagara region

I have stayed at this hotel before. Walk in shower great addition but water turn on was only accessible but getting into shower fully and difficult to change water temp. Better design would be to have both halfs of door moveable.
Breakfast service was great initially but food very slow coming out of kitchen.

Needs to replace Canadian Flag as it’s tarred off. National Flag is big respect of country. Supposed to be in good condition all the time. Someone has to pay attention on it. Rest everything was ok.

Perfect Valentine getaway .
Felt so welcomed the second we walked in. Staff was a 10 out of 10 .
Bonus : Loved the washroom mirror for applying makeup .

close to highway and the outlet mall. staff was very courteous and responsive. walls are think and very little water pressure
