Rooms was big and spacious. Updated bathroom with standing shower. Clean and comfy. Location is great right outside (literally across) of the Niagara outlet collection. Parking on site is available for a fee of 15 CAD (2023)

Everything about this resort is perfect. Spacious rooms, high end spa with RMTs, tasty times at Play restaurant. It over looks the tennis courts at the fitness club! Only thing we didn't like was the parking situation. Had to walk 7 or 8 minutes to get to car.
Overall I will say it's my favorite resort in North America and I stay at alot of resorts and hotels (beats the Fairmount).

We had a great time! We found the room temperature to be hard to get right and sheets with too thick, not soft. Also shower head needs upgrading to be adjustable. The Club facilities were fantastic but the people standing and watching squash games crowd the halls and make it very difficult to pass, it was especially challenging with our almost 2 year old. Felt it was a fire code safety hazard that should be addressed. Otherwise great stay and staff are super helpful.

I took my boyfriend for the weekend for his birthday. It was so nice and relaxing. Staff are all friendly- from reception staff to the LIV restaurant staff! The rooms are very updated and clean. Thank you for a great weekend. We will be sure to return soon Xoxo

It was a beautiful, clean resort. We stayed one night & wished we had more time to spend there. The entire staff were welcoming & helpful. Our room was clean, modern & well appointed. We enjoyed dining at Liv restaurant- it was top notch & delicious!

We hosted a baby shower at White Oaks on May 4, 2024. We had an absolutely incredible event! The service was exceptional and the food amazing. The WO team knocked it out of the park ensuring our satisfaction every step of the way. White oaks does an amazing job! My wife and I had our wedding reception hosted here and it was beyond what we imagined. The staff was great and super helpful and kind. We dealt with Sophia and she guided us through the process and set everything up just how we wanted it. The food was amazing and they were so accommodating. We had 3 vegans and they were given their own plated meal which was delicious. As well as our wedding we stayed the night and our room was so nice and clean. Would definitely recommend white oaks for anyone but especially for the food. They do a top notch job!
