Apart from the scenery and housekeeping, this hotel is totally useless. The curly-haired guy at the front desk is very arrogant. We originally booked a panoramic room but were given a half-view room and it was still called a panoramic room. The hotel is very old and the elevator door closing buttons are broken. The doorman doesn't help with the luggage (the doorman can be almost ignored because it's the same as if he doesn't exist). Everything is semi-self-service.
