I booked the Superior Sea View Room and I got a very small room and nothing to do with the pictures online. They said they only have one room looks like the picture and it was contained. The facilities are so old, there was only one outlet in the entire room and the hair drier was like 1970s hair drier with a pipe connected to the wall. There was no ventillator in the bathroom.

The location was amazing, right across from the beach. The man helping us with our luggage was so helpful and kind, he definitely helped make our experience here a lot more special. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Europe so far. Overall great and will be back for sure

Very clean and nice hotel with amazing sea view. Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. Walking distance to old town, city center and train station Definitely worth to stay with affordable price!! Highly recommend.

The view from the balcony is great! But the female receptionist at the front desk was not good enough! First of all, you have to check in at 3 o'clock. Secondly, I was given a room on the first floor at first, and they said there were no other rooms with balconies. I said I was willing to wait, and when the high-rise rooms with balconies came out, they looked for a room on the fourth floor and gave me one! Other than that, the hotel is still very beautiful! It is also convenient to go to the old town. The elderly male receptionist I met the next morning was very good, and the deposit refund was done in minutes.

Don't stay here, the cleaning staff will just throw your clothes on the floor!!! When we returned to the room at noon on April 29, we met the cleaning staff who were cleaning. Could it be that the pillow and my bag also fell down accidentally? Later, the front desk offered to help us clean the pajamas, but I couldn't trust their hygiene standards anymore. After I refused, the front desk sent champagne, that's all, and they still insisted that the cleaning staff was just careless. Overall, it was a really bad experience. The stay was not very comfortable. The hair dryer in the hotel was a noisy simple hair dryer installed on the wall. It was not easy to use. There were motorcycles driving back and forth on the roadside in the middle of the night. However, I was mentally prepared for these things before checking in. I knew that old hotels would have problems such as poor sound insulation and old facilities. For me, these were negligible, but throwing guests' things on the ground was too much! We booked the hotel for the sea view from the hotel balcony. The sea view was indeed good, but there were many hotels with the same sea view balcony and price around it. There was no need to book this hotel.

The environment is very clean, but the sea view room is very small without a balcony. On the first day of check-in, the picture and the actual room did not match. I found the front desk and it was immediately resolved. I upgraded the room for free.

The location is close to the sea. Although there are no reserved view rooms, you can still see the sea view and the museum next door. Breakfast is very good, I love croissants and fruits. The only criticism is that the bathroom is upstairs and you have to go up the steps; the toilet is downstairs, but there is no hand washing area, so you have to go upstairs to wash it.
