Check in took a while as the receptionist was busy on the phone. Room is clean and functional. Roommates all very quite and respectful. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Good location 5 mins from Centre Ville train station and 15 mins walk from Jean Medecin tram station. Nice lounge to chill at.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and give tips about the area. I appreciated their effort to make guests feel welcome.
The facilities were okay, nothing fancy – basic rooms, shared bathrooms that could use a bit of updating. Everything was functional.

The hostel could not find my booking in the system. We had to wait for them to contact Trip.com, while I also reached out to Trip.com using the chat function. In the end, I got upgraded to a private room.
The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately, the room I got was on the 1st floor. It can hear all the noise from the hostel and from outside.

Good:
- Spacious reception
- Free water and coffee
- Cleaned well
- Easy to find
- Good food
Bad:
- If on high bunk, no little storage bucket.
- I arrived late at night. The reception asked for payment, and since I was tired, I just paid. They put me in a 5-bed dorm. The next morning, I remembered that I had pre-paid months ago for a 4-bed dorm. When I showed my booking to the reception, they passed it to the manager, who refunded me—but without any message or explanation. I ended up staying in the 5-bed dorm, as it wasn’t a major issue overall.

They are charging 5 euros for the towel. Also, it seems like they don’t have a noise policy, which would be a nightmare for someone who has trouble sleeping.
