good location, very clean, small rooms, nice breakfast, good service. avoid use taxi at airport, over pricing for 7.4km trip. ask 59 euro cash from us, we end up give the driver 40 euro. stressful first impression of the city, Better to use uber.

The girls of reception are very nice,the room is clean ,the bathroom and toilet was separate.The
6 floor had a public space,Don’t miss the sunset in Nice!!

The hotel is within walking distance to Nice Ville train station and Old Nice. However, the room was extremely small—we couldn’t even open our medium and large luggage. The soundproofing was terrible; during our stay, we could clearly hear doors opening and closing next to our room, as well as conversations. On the positive side, the staffs were friendly and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was near the station, but a good walk to the old town. Clean room, very friendly reception staff and lots going on at hotel for nice carnival. The breakfast was more like a full evening meal as it had so much to offer.

The room was really spacious and the staff is friendly. I had my room upgraded so I have a balcony/terrace during my entire stay, and the view of Nice is just perfect. My stay here was so goood I extended a night. The location is great too, few minutes walk to where all the stores and restaurants are (you just have to explore). Certainly booking here again when I return to French Riviera.

Short but pleasant stay. Rooms were comfortable and maintained a good cleaning standard. Good A/C and slippers were provided which is highly important and respectful. Location is only a short walk to Nice Ville station and all central activities of the city. Enjoyable stay

Very good service from the staff at the hotel. Helpful and friendly. The location also is very good – very close to tram stations and the central train station. Very convenient for travellers. One drawback is the soundproofing of the room – it has been quite noisy throughout the night and can even hear others’ phone vibrating….
