The environment: The hotel is tiny. We arrived past 11 PM last night and were assigned to the top floor, but the room was the smallest available, with no space for luggage. It looks nothing like the pictures online. It's on par with a 100 RMB motel in China, and the bed is tiny. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is abysmal. I woke up to find the bedsheets covered in black spots—absolutely filthy. The bathroom exhaust fan was incredibly loud but ineffective. Breakfast was very mediocre, and again, the hygiene was terrible; the forks weren't even clean, which completely ruined my appetite.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The view from the window is also beautiful and adds to the overall experience. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Got a free room upgrade, and the breakfast was excellent too. The street was very quiet, and the view from the window and terrace was lovely.

The check-in service was excellent. The front desk had lemon water and cucumber water available for guests to quench their thirst, and they even provided sunscreen 🧴 for use when heading out. The breakfast was also good, offering great value for money. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that's offered sunscreen to guests, and Nice is starting to heat up! The azure sea is truly beautiful 😍!

Staying at Byakko was comfortable and enjoyable. Nice lady at reception, helpful staff. It’s convenient that you have access to the breakfast area and free drinks up to 6 pm. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! We loved the selection of cheeses and meats, great pastry, fresh juice, eggs and crepes with various toppings. Thank you for great service.

Great location, train station only a 6min walk away, local bars and resaurants 5min walk away, staff were very friendly, breakfast option was good but pretty same every day. Bathroom and toilet were seperate which can be a little inconvinient. Otherwise a lovely stay.

In the center of nice , the staff was really welcoming, will definitely come back I recommend

Let's start with the positives: the room was very clean, everything looked new, and the 1.6m bed we booked was spacious enough for two. The view from the room's balcony was lovely. There's also a scenic balcony on the sixth floor that's accessible to all hotel guests. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of Central Street, the train station, and the airport shuttle. Now for the drawbacks: the room was incredibly small; there wasn't enough space to lay out luggage. The shower stall was tiny, probably about one square meter, making it impossible to even bend over to wash my hair; I had to stand upright the whole time. All the balconies are connected, which isn't great for security. On the bright side, the front desk service and breakfast were also good.

Overall it was good, didn't have any issue. The biggest problem in the room was that wardrobe was too small and there was no hook to hang anything.

The room was a bit small, making it hard to open our luggage. However, it was very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. Overall, it was acceptable, maybe we just got one of the smaller rooms? On the upside, you can go straight to the rooftop for coffee and sunbathing!

We booked last minute and requested 2 single beds, there were no room available but the hotel upgraded us to superior room that has 1 large double bed and 1 single bed for free! I love the free breakfast included as well. Very convenient

best location— near the nice biller train station, and you can walk to the Anglais promenade by walk as well as other famous spot like castle mountain. Reception are good at English with great attitude. The poor part is the room— too small, my mom fell down by the bed foot cuz it’s too invisible.

good location, very clean, small rooms, nice breakfast, good service. avoid use taxi at airport, over pricing for 7.4km trip. ask 59 euro cash from us, we end up give the driver 40 euro. stressful first impression of the city, Better to use uber.

The girls of reception are very nice,the room is clean ,the bathroom and toilet was separate.The 6 floor had a public space,Don’t miss the sunset in Nice!!
