Unfortunately sound isolation was pretty bad. Even though the price was good I don't think it is worth it. I literally heard everything in the neighbouring rooms and unlucky I had noisy neighbours at night.

No reception person during evening and night, by phone don’t speak English, with noise from neighbors didn’t solve problem! Only location is good, quality/price is very bad

All was good, location ideal, clean. A bit sound isolation was poor, however it did not disturb me. Coffee machine was difficult to use.
Perfect for couple nights stay, i will be back.

Despite how it might appear modest from the street side, it ended up being quite a pleasant stay. Yes you have to climb the stairs. Yes you need to remember codes to enter the building. But overall it’s in a good location not too far from the beach and price is reasonable. Two owners are lovely persons.

A wonderful boutique hotel. The rooms aren't very large, but for a solo traveler, they're a godsend. The promenade is nearby, and all public transportation is just steps away. The rooms are clean and tidy. There's a coffee machine, a kettle, and a fresh croissant awaits you in a bag at the door every morning. The staff is very attentive. Always smiling and always willing to help. If I return to Nice, I'll definitely be there.

If it weren't for its small size, this hotel would be an absolute steal. The staff are friendly. The bathroom has a thoughtful radiator, so you can wash your underwear and it's dry the next day. The room has a coffee machine with coffee, tea, etc. Most importantly, there's a kettle, which is really invaluable. Every morning when we left the house, we unexpectedly found croissants on the door handle. There are also many mirrors in the back of the room (of course, we stayed in two slightly different rooms). I feel that if you don't care about the exterior, this hotel is worth 700+.
