Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. Services are good, amenities are kinda limited. Definitely great quality/price ratio to stay near Nice Ville train station and old city and beach.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast offered a delightful variety. Unfortunately, the view was of the back garden, but overall it was still a highly satisfying experience

先説兩個比較明顯的缺點：其一，房間隔音較差，我們住了三晚，在不同時段有被鄰近房間或是走廊打電話聲音吵醒過不下3次，所以如果遇到的鄰居比較沒有素質（説話聲音大，旁若無人），在這裏比較容易休息不好；其二，洗手間裏馬桶擺放位置比較偏，坐着卡牆角不太舒服。
除此之外，酒店位置、服務、以及精緻用心的早餐，都是沒得説的，滿意。

前台人員很熱情，就是酒店的電梯實在是太小了，我們一家帶了3個行李箱，電梯衹能塞下3個行李箱和一個人，其餘的爬樓梯上去的，還好我們安排在2樓，也還好。酒店的隔音效果一般，隔壁有人打呼嚕都能聽得很清楚，床單上有些污漬，其餘都還行，面積挺大的，三個行李箱都可以攤開。
迷你吧是免費的，兩瓶可樂和一瓶果汁，我們住了三晚，衹有第一晚有。
去nice ville站和海邊都是步行十分鐘內就可以抵達，附近有家超市還挺大，買東西也很方便。

The room was too small, and has hygiene issues, even the cap of the water offered has fungus, I had stomachache after drinking this. And the service is disappointing.
