The hotel was wonderful! Clean, decorated well, great breakfast. I was particularly pleased with the concierge/front desk staff. They recommended the best places to shop and eat. I had one of the best meals thanks to Kevin. Would definitely recommend.

Hôtel Le Petit Palais is a boutique hotel located in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood in Nice. We (a couple) stayed for a week in September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one of the deluxe terrace primacy rooms and it was nice to be able to sit outside on the terrace. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. As for meals, we only had breakfast there during our stay - the selection and quality of food was good and the breakfast terrace was a nice location to enjoy it. The staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful to us - always making us feel welcome. The hotel is a short walk down the hill into the city centre - a pleasant stroll that we enjoyed doing. Bolts were plentifully available as an option for the return to the hotel, priced at about €11 for the journey (Bolt was slightly cheaper than Uber.) All in all, we had a lovely stay at the Petit Palais and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful small hotel with quiet peaceful outdoor space and a small dipping pool. Philippe at front of house is exceptional. Polite, courteous and professional. Kevin phoned in advance to organise a cab from the airport it was 55 euros and so appreciated. It’s the little things that make for an excellent experience. It’s quiet and up a steep hill in a lovely neighborhood. It has shutters so one can sleep easily. Lovely space to unwind we’ll be back due to the gracious hospitality of Philippe.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area of Nice Cimiez.
While room and bathroom was small, it was well appointed and we made it work. Would definitely return. Breakfast was excellent.

We had a room with a marvellous view across Nice to the sea. The room lacked storage for clothes - only a problem if staying for longer than a couple of nights (we had booked for a week). We pointed this out and some furniture was found for our use. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, quiet hotel situated on high ground in a residential area, so be prepared for walking to find nearest restaurant, supermarket etc.

Absolutely impeccable, 5-star service made our anniversary stay unforgettable. The concierge was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is super clean (not even the tiniest water drop mark in the bathroom) and very well positioned in a quiet area. We could only hear the birds singing. The best part was the garden with the pool, lemon trees and huge pine trees. Next time we will be back for the room with panoramic sea view

Absolutely perfect. Exceptional staff, beautiful rooms. I love the location. Yes, you have to walk up a little bit of a hill, but it’s good exercise and you’re right there next to the city. If you don’t wanna walk, take an Uber. The hotel is a little empty, but they’re good and it’s just a special place.

The property was phenomenal! We were walkable to town and had the best service by Joseph. He bakes all of the cakes found at the breakfast!
