Accommodation is near tramstation Jean Mèdecin, just 5 minutes walk in, clean, and the people was nice. The Breakfast tasted gut. Near city center, near Nice Bassilica, Near Beach. The best

Номер просторный, чисто, кровать удобная, выбор подушек, одеяло в пододеяльнике, тепло, есть батарея, в сан узле вода горячая отличная, немного надо подождать, что бы слилась.
Вида из окна нет, но мы в номере не сидели. Соседей не слышали, завтраки не брали.
Расположение отличное.
Есть кофемашина, но почему-то во второй день не положили капсулы. Так же есть кофе простой в пакетиках и чай.

We chose the Carlton based on location and price and it was well worth it. It is older in style and some of the points made in other reviews are accurate (stairs, elevator). Our room was adequately spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The location is great near restaurants and a few blocks between the Nice Ville station and the beach.

Good :)
Comfortable bed. Aircondition was good. Location is great close to pretty much everything: lovely local bakery/cafés, local small gardens, restaurants, few min walk to the beach,old town,train station,airport tram is 5min walk. The frontdesk personnel are welcoming and helpful. Newly painted walls.
Good place for a short stay.
Cons:
Hair air dyrer is weak.
bathtub have cracks, but wasn’t really bothered by it that much.
Toilet seat on another room while bathroom and sink on another room. (Was a bit confused by the floor setup)
