We booked a three-night stay and arrived late due to a flight delay. Unfortunately our room was in such poor condition that we decided to leave for another hotel early the next morning. Trip was very responsive, even in the middle of the night, and helped us negotiate a cancellation for the unused nights. The hotel offered to change our room (there are only two triple rooms in the hotel) the next afternoon, but we felt it was best not to take the risk.
- air conditioner was extremely loud and dirty, even start dripping water, so it had to be turned off on a hot summer night
- door could not be locked from the inside. While it seemed possible to use a key, the staff had to specifically show us how to open it, which required special skills and wouldn’t be safe during any emergency
- sheer curtains only with large gaps
- in general quite run-down, with broken parts, uncleaned shower, and a musty smell
understand that it's a budget option in Nice and expected a small room with basic amenities, I didn't anticipate such poor conditions. The staff stressed that we should have loved the room, so perhaps it's a matter of differing expectations and standard.

Good location if travelling by train.
Parking, unloading/unloading can be troublesome as the road in front of the hotel is narrow one way.
Pretty good breakfast and nice frontdesk staff!

Loved my stay ,Hôtel good ,location great and price was great ,just a couple of small issues ,when we arrived I asked for room with a balcony as wanted to take photos and it was sunny and warm and wanted to sit out in morning with coffee ,I didn’t receive a reply but three members of staff spoke in French between each other ,we went to our room no balcony even though there were three along the same floor unoccupied for the days we were there which I thought unfair ,and the other one was no tea bags in hotel room or at breakfast ,and no milk in room iff you make you’re own coffee ,just any one going who doesn’t like coffee take some tea bags and ask for milk , other than that it was really good value for money and breakfast and location and cleanliness was good

My room was a little bit old, breakfast was minimalistic in french style) They are trying to save energy energy a lot... So, my air conditioning didn't warm my room and it was a little bit cold in December. At the same time, not energy efficient outdoor lighting was working whole morning))
Honestly speaking 4 out of 5 is good.
Next time will search other hotel...

Hotel is just a few minutes 🚶 from Nice Gare 🚄 . classic room is just good enough for 1 person. Dont really recommend if the price of the room is over 100 euro. It is not worth it.

Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice.
Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out.
Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.
