Loved our stay at Yelo Jean Médecin Hotel, Sonder! The design was stylish and modern, with thoughtful touches that made the room feel welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Nice, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It truly felt like a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

The location is convenient to call uber to the airport, but the room was unexpected to be smaller than the picture shown when making the booking.

Great location. Room cleaning didn’t come everyday even though I put the sign. Don’t expect too much service but overall a decent stay.

Had an excellent stay at Yelo Jean Medecin! Rooms were very clean with housekeeping everyday. Note that parking was very narrow but it seems like the same all around Nice. You do also need to call the reception for them to open the carpark gantry every entrance/ exit. But they are very prompt on picking up the phone! :)

1.房間又小又臭。衹要一關空調就一直有一股狐臭。而且空間非常非常小，兩個行李箱完全打不開。
2.酒店存在安全隱患。在前台等待交涉的時候，有個白人小姐姐在前台投訴説晚上2點多有人闖她的房間。可見這家店安全有多差！
3.酒店態度傲慢。登記入住時候，前台給錯了一個更便宜的房型。我們指出問題要求更換，但酒店一直以當天滿房拒絕。直到攜程介入，就轉而開始推脱經理不在（但前台已經帶我們看過了有空房間）。此時是第一天傍晚我們已經發現這個酒店言行不一前台撒謊不靠譜，需要退掉後面預訂的三晚，並且攜程投訴客服也開始介入了，但直到第二天中午，前台還是以經理不在這個理由拒絕免費退房。此處表揚下攜程客服，還是站在客户的角度積極幫忙解決問題，不像booking。以後還是會百分百選攜程的。
如果你是一個人，或者是女孩子結伴出門，一定避雷這個酒店。全酒店衹有前台一個服務員，這前台態度非常差，很傲慢不説，還撒謊言行不一，工作效率非常低，能推活就推活。
定這酒店的時候是被她冠名的萬豪騙了，以為是一個boutique酒店，我們2k一晚的房費，是買這種服務和設施的？建議大家選機場旁邊喜來登，乾淨寬敞價格更低。旁邊也有個小火車去周邊小鎮也都很方便。沒必要在尼斯老城裡人擠人，受這些氣。

比預期的好很多，總的來説還是很有性價比的。雖然標了四星但是有點不像四星酒店，像愛彼迎的民宿。門面有點小，衞生方面略有欠缺，紙巾等了兩三天也沒有補最後是自己問前台拿的。不過總的來説是滿意的。

定的高級房，床邊兩個插座都用不了，插不了手機。辦入住當天電梯壞了，拎着行李箱上五樓。高級房三個大窗户，正對着床的窗户的窗簾是壞的，拉不下來。
