We found our room very well presented and designed with many features such as fully equipped laundry and plenty of charging points. Very spacious and comfortable, and certainly a pleasant experience.

Our family stayed in two adjacent units which appeared modern. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry which is useful when on a long road trip as we were. The room rate is not cheap, particularly when a family of three has to take out two units. I also found it unsatisfactory that they don't service the rooms daily as one expects in hotels, motels and resorts. We were there for only two days, so not a major inconvenience, but for the high room rate, I don't expect to have to make my own bed and I expect a change in towels.

My teammates & I frequently stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites Karratha for work. Violet, Shannon, and the rest of the team, always look after us and go above and beyond to accommodate any requests we have. I have stayed at most hotels/motels/camps in Karratha over many years and this is the best yet. It is well priced comparative to the others in Karratha (let's face it, everything in Karratha is expensive). Facilities are modern, clean, and the kitchen has the necessary utensils. Most importantly, I have never had a bad night's sleep here. Beds are very comfortable. Air Conditioning is modern and quiet. Block-out blinds on the windows to stop any light coming in at night (or in the day if you are holidying and can enjoy a sleep in). Keep up the great service ladies. Your efforts are appreciated.

Straightforward, clean, no-nonsense one-bedroom suites. I liked having the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen might be useful for a longer stay, but I was only there one night. Not a fancy place, but comfortable enough for a brief stay.

We booked and arrived after hours on a Sunday night and the process was very easy and phone staff were great.
The facilities were excellent, we will definitely stay here again. Great location as well.

Great accommodation and very comfortable in all aspects. We checked on on a saturday afternoon and had to ring a number to access the code for the room as no one at reception. This went very smoothly, but it might be a good idea to include a map of the facility with room allocation highlighted so that it is easier to find the room. Parking behind the rooms, but our room entrance was at the front of the facility. Felt that we walked around in circles as there was no visible signage saying rooms x to z (for example) go this way.
A small thing, but would make it easier on guests who have travelled long distances
